This is a one day workshop designed for beginners and intermediate clay workers in which students will create and glaze a 15cm skull with ornaments and embellishments ready for firing. This Lil’ workshop will include morning tea, lunch and coffee, and firing of the finished pieces for pick up at a later date.
Techniques taught will include coiling, sculpting and the use of tools to create sculptural embellishments such as flowers. Imitation Gold leaf emulsion is available for spikes and haloes.
